1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ReachSheet (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReachSheet is a Google Sheets add-on that helps users discover publicly available business emails by analyzing website content directly from URLs listed in their spreadsheets. It automates outreach research by surfacing contact information that businesses have voluntarily published online.

⚠️ Important Clarifications:
  • ReachSheet does not scrape, extract, harvest, or compile personal email addresses unless publicly displayed in a business context (e.g., press page, team directory, contact form footer).
  • ReachSheet does not access password-protected, authenticated, or private web content.
  • ReachSheet does not generate, guess, or verify email addresses via pattern-matching or brute-force methods.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have a valid Google Account
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Google's policies

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • ✅ Use discovered contact information only for lawful, consent-based outreach
  • ✅ Comply with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
  • ✅ Not use ReachSheet for spam, phishing, fraud, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • ✅ Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the Service
  • ✅ Provide accurate URLs and refrain from submitting malicious or deceptive links

5. Intellectual Property

  • ReachSheet's code, design, and branding are © 2026 ReachSheet. All rights reserved.
  • You retain full ownership of your spreadsheets and data.
  • Publicly available business contact information discovered via the Service remains the property of its original publisher.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACHSHEET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or deliverability of discovered contacts
  • Consequences of user outreach activities
  • Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or third-party issues

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms or Google's policies
  • Engage in abusive, illegal, or high-volume automated usage
  • Fail to respond to policy compliance requests

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via the add-on or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
