User Data Disclaimer
In short: User data is only gathered as needed for the basic functionality of the add-on, in addition to usage data for analytics and quality assurance.
What Data Do We Access?
ReachSheet requests minimal permissions to do one thing well: help you find publicly available business emails inside Google Sheets™. Here's exactly what we access and why:
| Data Type | Why We Need It | What We Do With It |
|---|---|---|
| Website URLs from your Sheet | To know which public websites to review for contact information | Processed temporarily in memory; deleted immediately after scanning |
| Public webpage content | To locate business emails that organizations have voluntarily published | Analyzed in real-time; never stored, logged, or shared |
| Google Account ID (OAuth) | To authenticate you and authorize secure access to your Sheets | Used only for session validation; not stored or tracked |
| Anonymized usage events Optional | To improve performance, fix bugs, and understand feature usage | Aggregated and anonymized; no personal or spreadsheet data included |
