About ReachSheet

What ReachSheet Is

ReachSheet is a real-time contact scraper for link builders. It runs as an add-on inside Google Sheets™: you paste a list of website URLs into a column, run ReachSheet, and it visits those public pages live and writes the publicly listed business email addresses back into your spreadsheet. There is no separate dashboard to learn and no CSV round trip — the list you are already working from is the interface.

Who It's For

ReachSheet is built for people whose work starts with a list of websites and ends with a conversation: link builders, SEO and digital PR teams, agency prospectors, and freelancers running their own outreach. If tracking down the contact for every site on your list is the slow part of the job, this tool is aimed at you.

What It Does

  • Reads the website URLs from the sheet you point it at
  • Fetches those pages in real time and finds publicly listed business contact addresses
  • Writes the results back into the column you choose, so your list stays in one place
  • Operates strictly within the Google Workspace™ API permissions you grant

What It Does Not Do

  • It does not touch login-protected, paywalled, or private pages — only publicly available ones
  • It does not use third-party email databases, lead lists, or data brokers; every result comes from a live public page
  • It does not sell, rent, or share your data, and it does not store your spreadsheet contents on our servers
  • It does not send email on your behalf, and it is not a bulk-mail tool

Who Runs It

ReachSheet is run by an independent team of developers and SEO practitioners who use it in their own outreach work. It is a standalone product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
