Welcome to ReachSheet ("we," "our," or "us"). ReachSheet is a Google Sheets™ add-on that helps users discover publicly available business emails directly within their spreadsheets. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our service.
2. What We Do (And Don't Do)
- ✅ We only scan publicly available website pages — no login-required, paywalled, or private content is accessed.
- ✅ We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
- ✅ Your Google Sheets™ data remains yours — we never store, share, or repurpose your spreadsheet contents.
- ✅ Processing is temporary — website content is analyzed in real-time to identify publicly listed business contacts, then discarded.
- ✅ No unauthorized access — ReachSheet operates strictly within Google Workspace™ API permissions granted by you.
- ✅ Fully compliant with Google Workspace™ Policies, including the API Services User Data Policy.
3. Data We Process

5. Third-Party Services
ReachSheet does not integrate with external email databases, lead lists, or data brokers. All results originate from live, public web pages you explicitly provide.
6. Your Controls & Rights
- Revoke ReachSheet's access anytime via Google Account Permissions
- Delete results from your Sheet at any time — we hold no copies
- Contact us at support@reachsheet.com to request clarification or report concerns
7. Children's Privacy
ReachSheet is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly process data from minors.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
ReachSheet does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with any third parties. We do not disclose or transfer your spreadsheet data, Google Account information, or processed website URLs to any external entities, data brokers, or commercial platforms. Data is strictly processed in real-time via our secure Cloudflare proxy worker to discover public emails and write them directly back to your active spreadsheet.
10. Sensitive Data Protection Mechanisms
We employ strict industry-standard security practices to protect your data during transit. All communications between the ReachSheet add-on, Google Workspace™ APIs, and our external proxy server are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol (HTTPS). Data processed during a session is held purely in volatile memory (RAM) for real-time analysis and is immediately discarded upon completion. We do not maintain any persistent storage, logs, or databases of your spreadsheet text or discovered results on external servers.
