Welcome to ReachSheet ("we," "our," or "us"). ReachSheet is a Google Sheets add-on that helps users discover publicly available business emails directly within their spreadsheets. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our service.
2. What We Do (And Don't Do)
- ✅ We only scan publicly available website pages — no login-required, paywalled, or private content is accessed.
- ✅ We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
- ✅ Your Google Sheets data remains yours — we never store, share, or repurpose your spreadsheet contents.
- ✅ Processing is temporary — website content is analyzed in real-time to identify publicly listed business contacts, then discarded.
- ✅ No unauthorized access — ReachSheet operates strictly within Google Workspace API permissions granted by you.
- ✅ Fully compliant with Google Workspace Policies, including the API Services User Data Policy.
3. Data We Process

- Revoke ReachSheet's access anytime via Google Account Permissions
- Delete results from your Sheet at any time — we hold no copies

7. Children's Privacy
ReachSheet is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly process data from minors.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
